Shipping cost is for Australian Shipping only.

Shipping of orders can be either by Australian Post or via Courier Service.

All safes will be shipped by Courier

The cart will automatically total up the weight of the items as they are added to the cart.

For all items other than safes you have an option to chooose either Australian Post or Courier, once this is selected the cost is calculated based on the weitght of the shopping cart and the shipping costs are added to the total.

Personal Collecton: a Buyer wishing to collect Goods must arrange the collection from allthingsshooting.com.au. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Dangerous Goods cannot be transported by Courier Service only within Australia and is local pick up only. 

Shipping of items over 25kgs will be quoted by contacting you by either phone or email after an order is placed but before it is processed.

International Orders

The Australian Customs Service requires a export permit from the Defence Export Control Office for all orders that include firearms, telescopic sights, bullets, brass, and gun parts (rifles, actions, triggers, trigger guard assemblies, barrels, stocks, firing pins, firing pin springs, buttplates, etc.) shipping from Australia. We must apply for and receive these export permits through from the Australian Defence Export Control Office. This takes approximately 6 weeks for approval.

All Things Pty. Ltd (Trading as All Things Shooting) will submit your request for an export permit and forward the requested items to you by either Australian Post or by Courier. Please note items listed as Dangerous Goods  will not be shipped outside Australia.

We must have an original or certified copy of your import permit along with an English translation of the permit and your signed order for approval. If your country does not require an Import Permit to bring these items into your country, please submit a letter stating this on your own letterhead and it must be signed by you. Your order must include your name, address, shipping address (if different) along with the description and cost of the permit items. These documents are to be sent through the mail as the Defence Export Control Office will not accept faxed or e-mailed documents.

Due to the paperwork and labor involved with applying for the export permits, a fee of $20.00 AU will be applied to each order to cover these costs.

The above export fee is only for those items that require a permit to ship and not the items that do not require a permit to ship.

Backordered or Discontinued items

All Things Shooting makes every effort to ensure that items displayed on this site are available for order from either stock or direct from the manufacturer.  There are times however when a manufacturer discontinues or backorders an item without immediate notification.

Please note that if an order contains items that have been discontinued or backordered by the manufacturer, the remainder of the order will NOT be filled and shipped.

If you want to receive a partial order, you must make a note of it on the checkout page in the section entitled "Comments/Special Delivery Information".  If this section is left blank, allthingsshooting.com.au will not process partial orders. 

If an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer you will be contacted for further instructions. No automatic substitutions will be made for the customer. 

Payments

We accept paymnet via Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Direct Deposit through our online shopping cart.

Your credit card will be debited on order, if a special item is to be ordered from an overseas manufacturer you will need to pay a 50% deposit when your order is lodged with the supplier.

You will receive an online invoice/receipt  where an email address is supplied and a hard-copy of the invoice/receipt will be sent with your purchases.

Making a Purchase online

Please choose carefully as refunds will only be given in accordance with the refund policy. Please ensure all contact details, delivery address etc is correct or additional costs may apply and delay the order.

Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of allthingsshooting.com.au will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
