How long will it take to deliver my order?
Typically allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered unless we have specifically ordered something in for you, in which case we will advise you on delivery times when the order is placed. However, we will however do our utmost to get your order to you sooner than the 28 days we allow.
Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 10 - 15 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Direct Deposits or you can contact us to arrange payment by cheque or money order.
Can I pay by cheque or money?
Yes, you can contact us by phone to arrange payment by cheque or money order or we accept Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct Deposits.
How secure is allthingsshooting.com.au?
Allthingsshooting.com.au uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We use TNT and Australia Post for shipping depending on the weight of the total order. If the order weighs 5ks and under, fits into a large satchel and is not a Dangerous Good, we will ship via Australia Post.
If the order is 5kgs or heavier, or is classified as Dangerous Goods then it will be shipped using TNT Express.
Can I order if I live outside Australia?
Yes, However, Dangerous Goods such as powders cannot be shipped outside of Australia.
Do I need to give you a copy of my Shooter Licence to buy products?
All Australian residents must comply with their State or Territory Firearm Licensing requirements. As a general guide a copy of your Shooters Licence and Drivers Licence (or other form of secondary identification showing your residential address) must be supplied when ordering powder, primers, barrels or other items covered by the Firearm Acts.
Anybody placing an order must ensure that they meet all licensing and/or import requirements.
I have a special request for a product are you able to source it for me?

I ordered a product and it has not arrived, who should I call?
Please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after this time please call 0433 762 002 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We do not currently have a shop.
What warranty do your products have?
Faulty or damaged stock received back within 7 days of purchase will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Allthingsshooting.com.au does not offer any warranty over and above that of the manufacturers. Any misuse of any products will void the manufacturer's warranty.
I am not satisfied with my product and I want to return it, what should I do?
Refunds are not issued on any of our items. We suggest you return defective merchandise by insured mail for your protection. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Any item purchased incorrectly by the customer and returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Orders received incorrectly through the fault of allthingsshooting.com.au will be replaced or exchanged at no additional charge to the customer.
Authorization is required on all returns. Please call 0433 762 002 or email email@example.com prior to returning any merchandise to obtain a return authorization code. Any items returned to us without an authorization code will be refused and returned to the sender.
